I wish I had a picture of the three baby birds in the bird bath yesterday. Honestly, I could sit there for hours and just watch them come and go. We have 5 babies for sure but there are probably more. Also saw this cool looking wasp this morning… zoomed in to get the photo of course. 😕 Big Smile Lilies, begonia, hosta, dahlia and gladiolus bringing some wonderful colour these days. brecks_bulbs

‘Liquid Desire’ Collarette Dahlia One of the better performing dahlias for me this year along with ‘Teesbrooke Audrey.’ You’ve probably noticed that I usually like to photograph in a lot of light but ‘Liquid Desire’ is one of those blooms that actually looks much better in darker, lower light conditions. Check out the color difference between the first two pics & the video at the end (filmed in sunshine.)
