Two rings of burgundy
petals encircle the orange-yellow
centre in this aptly named collarette
dahlia. Remarkable for its
striking appearance in your garden
as well as its long bloom time.
Heavy flowering will occur by
pinching the main shoot after plant
has produced 3-4 pairs of strong
leaves. Plant in full sun in the front
of a border or in a container and be
rewarded with 2-3" rich and elegant
blooms. Zones 3-10. Lift in fall if you
live in Zones 3-7. #1 clumps
- Deer tend to avoid.
- Height: 30-50"
- Bloom Time: Summer to Frost
