Stunning lime-green to white flowers have maroon veins radiating out from their centres.
With a nod to its tropical origins, this striking Amaryllis produces amazing butterfly-shaped blooms in an uncommonly pretty colouration. Papilio is a joy to behold during the dreary days of winter when its tropical flowers appear a mere 8-10 weeks after planting. Lime-green to white blooms are liberally striated with a rich maroon hue that radiates from the centre, giving it a unique striped appearance. A native of the Amazon rainforest region, Papilio is one of the most exotic Amaryllis in our lineup. Ideal for forcing indoors, the bulbs are healthy and make excellent gifts. While this variety may take longer to bloom than others, it is definitely worth the wait.
