The outer petals feature a whisper-thin red edge, giving these 5-5½" flowers even more eye appeal—especially when the plant is in full bloom. A vigorous, compact plant, it makes an impressive showing in borders, as a feature planting or in a mixed cutting garden. Planting InstructionsDig a hole large enough to spread out roots without bending them. Set crown with buds 1" below ground-level. Water in thoroughly. Plant at least 6 weeks before ground freezes.

Winter CareNone, except to mulch the first winter. Remove in early spring before growth starts.
