A striking,unusual-looking variety.

Multiple award winning Praying Hands features extremely cupped leaves that resemble hands held up in prayer. The foliage is very wavy with thin, white margins encircling each rich green leaf. The upright habit makes it a natural choice for containers, but it is also a beauty in borders, rock gardens and as ground cover. Plus, it exhibits outstanding resistance to common garden pests.

Foliage TypeDark green, rippled with narrow, gold margins. Upright, narrow leaves resemble hands folded in prayer. Leaves have a matte finish but shiny undersides are revealed when leaves are folded.

Planting & Care

Planting InstructionsSoak roots in cold to lukewarm water for about 30 minutes. Dig a hole large enough to accommodate the roots without bending them. Firm soil around roots and water in well.
