Description
Best lilies for shady gardens.Enjoy head-turning flower form and a light, wildflower scent from one of the best lily species for naturalizing under all light conditions. This unique mix may take a bit of time to mature, but it is well worth the wait. In later seasons, it will offer up at least 50 elegant blooms per plant! Varieties are not individually labeled.
This collection includes 3 each of the following varieties: Arabian Knight, Manitoba Morning, Sunny Morning.
Arabian Knight: Each stem of this towering flower produces lots of small, reddish-brown blooms with golden speckles and a skosh of orange along the edges. They prefer to grow in semi-shaded areas. Lilies can be left undisturbed for years as long as they don't become overcrowded.
Manitoba Morning: Heavily speckled and exotic-looking, this easy-care lily attracts plenty of attention and pollinators. Once settled and established, it produces up to 20 recurved, downward-facing pink blooms per stem. Manitoba Morning is long-lived and easy to perennialize when planted in well- drained, rich soil. Prefers neutral to alkaline soil.
Sunny Morning: Masses of downward-facing, orange-yellow flowers with maroon speckles provide an ever-changing colour show as they nod in the morning sun. You'll delight in how easily this lily naturalizes: A mature and settled bulb produces up to 50 flowers per stem!
